1. Monday: Reps submit base pay by midnight

2. Tuesday: You receive list of reps who submitted

3. Tues–Wed: Demos with 4+ no sales verified

4. Wednesday: Base pay submitted to VectorConnect

5. Thursday: You receive demo verification results

We’ll reach out to the reps that are on the chargeback report to make sure they either buy or return the sample kit. Every week you’ll receive an email with a report letting you know the status of each rep.

This service allows for observation of your team interviews to provide feedback and support for improved performance. I can either join the interview live via Zoom or review a recording provided by the manager. If the interview is recorded, I’ll schedule a follow-up debrief call after I receive the video. I will observe the group portion and two individual posts.
