Meet Vitality Vera
About Vera Short Version:
Vera is the creator of Resonant Spiral Sculptures and Vitality Balls. She says of her work, “It isn’t just art — it’s technology for the soul.”
From a young age, Vera felt a deep sense of responsibility — to grow up, succeed, and take care of her family. This drive stayed with her through years of high-pressure consulting, even as chronic pain and genetic migraines challenged her body and spirit. Her mother, however, continuously planted a different seed: the importance of doing what brings true purpose and fulfillment.
That seed eventually took root. What began as a simple desire for dimensional art in her office, that could spark meaningful conversation, evolved into an exploration of ancient knowledge, the hidden language of energy, and the living patterns of nature. This was Vera’s journey of searching for ways to heal.
Drawing on a lifelong creative path — from childhood painting and museums in Russia, to dance, music, and photography across the world — Vera began hand-weaving Resonant Spiral Sculptures upon seeing the similarities between ancient architecture and nature. While her Vitality Balls support physical healing and vitality in the body, her sculptures restore energetic harmony in the spaces we inhabit, designed to gently bring the nervous system out of fight-or-flight and into presence, safety and clarity. Together, they reflect Vera’s belief that true healing addresses both the physical and the energetic.
Vera wants to share with the world that everything is more connected than we can possibly imagine. Through her art, she invites people to remember that we are a part of nature, yet our modern square world quietly disconnects us from that truth. When you surround yourself with living patterns, the mind quiets and peace becomes the default operating system.
At its heart, this work is also Vera’s way of creating beauty in this world and offering a way home to ourselves, choosing a path of purpose and fulfillment.
Long Version:
Vera is the creator of Resonant Spiral Sculptures and Vitality Balls. She says of her work, “It isn’t just art — it’s technology for the soul.”
From a young age, Vera carried a heavy sense of responsibility. The first five years of her life were spent in a small Russian village with no running water. At seven, she moved with her family to New York, arriving with two suitcases and knowing no English, beginning life anew threw her family into survival mode. While her internal world asked her to grow up quickly and succeed, her mother quietly planted a different seed: the importance of choosing work that brings true purpose and fulfillment.
Creativity was always present. Vera painted as a child, picked up a camera at seven, and later immersed herself in photography, dance, and violin. She wandered through grand museums in Russia and later across the world — Washington DC, Budapest, Spain, Lisbon, Hawaii — mesmerized by paintings so detailed that people would sit for hours in front of them. These experiences left a lasting imprint: a deep appreciation for beauty, patience, and human expression.
After majoring in Finance and Management in college while working a rigorous sales job and running her own branch office and then taking her career into high-pressure consulting, Vera followed the path she believed would allow her to succeed. But in late 2021, her body began sending clear signals. Debilitating back pain and genetic migraines forced her to confront the cost of constantly pushing past her limits. The consulting environment, once a symbol of success, no longer aligned. She was burning out in a system that rewarded overwork and disconnection.
It was during this time that a simple desire emerged: she wanted something dimensional and meaningful in her office — art that could spark real conversation. That curiosity led her down a rabbit hole into sacred geometry, the Flower of Life, and ancient knowledge. She discovered that many civilizations understood principles we have largely forgotten. Nikola Tesla’s words resonated deeply: “If you want to understand the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.”
In early 2022, Vera created her first two Resonant Spiral Sculptures. What began as an experiment in dimensional decoration grew into a personal practice. Each piece is handwoven with intention, using the golden ratio and repeating patterns found throughout nature. While her Vitality Balls became essential tools for relieving physical pain and restoring bodily vitality, the sculptures emerged as their energetic counterpart — calming the nervous system, creating a sense of safety, and gently shifting the energy of a space from hurried and scattered to clear and present.
Through her art, she invites people to remember that we are a part of nature, yet our modern square world quietly disconnects us from that truth. When you surround yourself with living patterns — the same spirals found in pinecones, nautilus shells, and galaxies — the mind softens, deep thought returns, and peace becomes more accessible.
At its heart, this body of work is Vera’s way of choosing purpose over pressure, beauty over burnout, and presence over performance. It is also her way of honoring her family’s wisdom and creating something she can be proud to offer the world — and one day, a way to take care of her family through work that truly matters.
