This set of massage balls offers great pressure and release. The set comes with nine massage balls and sizes ranging from 3/8” to 2” inches in diameter. Each ball is carved from a slice of premium natural cork and each one is fully unique showcasing its beautiful crevices and textures.
Example Protocol:
Start with the larger one and roll on the bottom of hand, foot, neck, back, hip, glute, leg, etc. Once it feels warm use a smaller ball to get a little deeper and find where the tension is. Press firmly and ease off where tension is sharper or painful. Breath into the places of tension while massaging them. Once you’ve reached to your desired smallest size, reverse back up to the larger ones to increase the release.

Place under your foot and step or roll to release plantar fascia tension.
